Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you would like to return goods, please email us quoting your receipt number and reason for return. We cannot exchange/return goods purchased over 30 days before or which have been used, washed or damaged. This doesn’t affect your statutory right. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage, packing, insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. Cash refund will not be issued until the goods have been received. Cash refunds will only be made to the original purchasers account.
Our Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. To cancel your purchase during this period please email us or write to us stating the reason for return. Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we have received it within seven working days of cancellation. We would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Return and original post and packing costs cannot be refunded.
